  • Should you choose to rather do an annual electronic subscription payment please send the proof of payment with. The annual fee is R420 (Bank: Nedbank, Branch: Nelspruit, Branch Code: 158952 Account No.: 1589 364864
• Our administration team will phone you to confirm receipt of your application, which book you would like to receive at 50% discount and inform you of your username and password. The latter will also be emailed to you.
• Your first nutritional & motivational tip will follow a week after your application has been received.
